Located in Narrowsburg, NY just two hours from NYC is our year
round vacation home built along the Delaware River.
The cottage is a two bedroom, one bath on 3/4 of an acre with large
picture windows facing the river.
The house comes with a two car garage/boat house suitable for
storage of any outdoor equipment like bicycles or
kayaks. The view from the house is breathtaking, looking
out at complete wilderness on the opposite side of the
river.
The river is renowned for swimming, rafting, canoeing, kayaking,
fishing and is famous for its population of birds,
especially bald eagles that live along the
river.
There is a large lawn ideal for
spending time outdoors as well as a beach area next to
the river. The house is walking distance (5 blocks) from
Main Street, with restaurants, antique stores and
specialty shops. Narrowsburg is only 20 minutes to the new Bethel Woods Performing Arts
Center and minutes from other quaint towns along the
Delaware River corridor.
