Minimum Stay:
All reservations require a
two night minimum.
Holiday weekends are
three night minimum.
Any 2 night stay
beginning or ending on Saturday will be
charged at a weekend rate.
Check in/Check out:
Check in is 4:00 PM
Check out is 11:00 AM
We are happy to attempt to accommodate
anyone for an earlier/later time if a
changeover is not occurring the same day.
However, to completely prepare our homes for
the next guest, a minimum of 4-5 hours per
home is required.
Pet policy:
No pets allowed.
Cleaning
For any stay over 1 Week in duration we will
be happy to arrange a complimentary
changeover of linens and cleaning. Please
let us know when you would prefer it so that
it may be scheduled ahead of time.
Lawn Care
We have a service that maintains the
property throughout the year. Although we
try to arrange this service on turnover
days, we cannot always guarantee this due to
weather and scheduling. We try not to have
these necessary services interrupt your
stay. If you plan to be out of the house at
a particular time, please let us know and we
will attempt to schedule them appropriately.
